• Vibration risk (resulting in vascular and neurological harm in the hand-arm system, for
example so called “white finger disease”)
• Dangers caused by contact with harmful liquids, gas, mist, smoke and dust or by their
inhalation.
• Dangers caused by failing in ergonomic principels by construction of the machine, for
example dangers caused by unhealthy position of body or excessive overcharge and unnature
to the anatomy of the human hand-arm, relate to construction of handle, equilibrium of the
machine and using of toothrest.
• Dangers caused by unexpected starting, unexpected exceeding of engine revs caused by
defect/failure of control system, relate to the defects by the handle and placing of drivers.
• Dangers caused by impossibility to stop the machine in best conditions, relate to solidity of
the handle and placing of engine shut down device.
• Dangers caused by defect of machine control system, relate to solidity of the handle, placing
of drivers and marking.
• Dangers caused by tearing (of the chain) during running.
• Dangers caused by shooting up of subjects or splashing of liquids.
PURPOSE OF USE
This machine should be used only for pump of the rain or utility water, used f.e. for watering and
irrigation.
WARNING! This machine can not be used to supply drinking water or for other
kinds of food. Explosive, flammable, or agressive substances hazardous to health
f.e. salt water, can not be pumped.
NOTE: The machine is not suitable for commercial use! No other uses than
mentioned in this manual is not permitted. Otherwise, the producer can not bears
responsibility for damages and injuries caused by the use of machine. Use only
spare parts and accessories approved by the producer.
NOTE: The maximum allowed temperature of pumped water is 35°C.
BEFORE FIRST USE
UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
This machine can be, if you are sufficiently technically approved, fitted slightly and connect by
yourself. If necessary, consult problems with your dealer or authorized service. Valve on the front
tank
(A-9)
is designed to keep pressure in the tank. You need to make the pressure in the tank
by the hand pump or compressor 1,6bar. Check the pressure by the tyres pressure gauge.
PLACING OF THE MACHINE
• The machine must be placed on a horizontal, flat surface which is suitable for the weight of
the machine, including water content.
• To avoid some vibration, the unit should be placed on an elastic base.
• The working place should be ventilated well and weatherproof. When operating in garden
ponds, the machine must be placed on the flat, stable surface to avoid flood the unit and
possibility of fall.
