Settings required in the HEIDENHAIN control:
After mounting the UM 11x D, permanent changes to the machine parameter list and
possibly entries to the power module table of the HEIDENHAIN control are required.
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button!
2. Switch the machine power on.
3. Confirm messages of the electronic ID label that may be generated.
4. Do NOT confirm the "Power interrupted" message at the control!
5. Call the machine parameter list.
6. Deactivate the evaulation of the electronic ID labels for the HEIDENHAIN
power modules (for iTNC 530: MP 7690).
7. Call the power module table of the HEIDENHAIN control.
Select the HEIDENHAIN-UM11xDS service variant, and in the machine parameter "Type
of power module" (for iTNC 530: MP 2100.x) assign it to the axis or spindle where you
have replaced the HEIDENHAIN power module.
