1. Read all instructions carefully and keep this manual for future reference.
2. Do not let fan touch any hot surfaces, or place it on an unsteady or cloth covered surface.
3. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
4. To avoid electrical shock, do not place the cord, plug or the fan in water or any other liquid.
5. Do not spray any detergent such as bug or mosquito repellant into the fan to prevent it from
damaging the plastic body.
6. Power off and unplug the plug from outlet to prevent hazards when:
- not in use
- moving the fan
- cleaning or doing other maintenance
- when taking out the water tank (as water leaks out easily)
- to refill or clean water tank
7. Do not use the fan in the following areas:
- high humility
- temperature higher than 40°C or dusty area
8. This fan is not intended for use by persons (including children) who are physically
challenged, or lacking of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given instructions
or supervised concerning the use of this fan by their care-givers.
9. Close supervision is necessary when the fan is used by or near children. Ensure that they do
not play with the fan.
10. Do not insert fingers or any other objects into the fan during operation. Pay special
attention to children.
11. Do not pull out plug from the power outlet with wet hands to prevent electrical shocks.
12. It is dangerous to touch the atomizing plate when the fan is working.
13. Safety water switch will be cut-off automatically when the water tank is empty, in order to
protect the atomizing plate, When the fan is used continuously, refill the water in the water
tank.
14. Do not put any objects into guard and mist spray hole to avoid destroying the fan.
15. Do not take hot water which is over 40°C into the water tank.
16. Do not add concentrated fragrance, chemical, medicine and etc into the water tank, it may
cause incorrect mist working and hazards.
17. Babies, old people and valetudinarians are not fit to use the mist fan for a prolonged period
of time.
18. This fan should be used under the rated voltage of 220V~ as indicated.
19. This fan is for household use only. It it not recommended for commercial or industrial use.
20. Do not operate the fan with a damaged cord or plug, or when the fan has malfunctioned or
damaged in any manner. Return the fan to it’s authorized agent or service center for service, as
special purpose tools are required.
