  Your Heinner Washer might not start due to several reasons: it may not be plugged in, the fuses could be out of order, there might be an electricity cut-off, the Start/Pause button may not be pressed, the program dial might be in the 'stop' position, or the machine door isn't completely closed. Ensure the machine is plugged in, replace any faulty fuses, check the mains power supply, press the Start/Pause button, switch the program dial to the desired position, and make sure the door is fully closed.

Turn on the water faucet, check and untwist the water inlet hose, clean the water inlet hose filters and the valve inlet filters, and ensure the machine door is fully closed.

  If your Heinner Washer isn't discharging water, the discharging hose may be clogged or twisted, or the pump filter could be clogged. Another cause can be laundries settled in the machine non- homogeneously. Check the discharging hose, and either clean or untwist it. Clean the pump filter. Spread your laundry in the machine evenly.

  Excessive foam in the detergent drawer of your Heinner Washer is likely due to using too much detergent or using the wrong type. To eliminate foam formation, mix a spoon of softener with half a litre of water and pour it into the detergent drawer. After 5-10 minutes, press the Start/Pause button again. In your next wash, adjust the detergent dose accordingly and use detergents specifically produced for automatic washing machines.
