4.4 Working plate modules
Removal and installation of the working plate
modules:
NOTE - Safety precautions:
Observe the safety instructions!
Check decontamination of the unit!
1. Open the front window [1] as wide as possible.
2. Shut the unit down.
3. The working plate or the working plate modules [2]
are only inserted. Remove the modules and insert
the new modules.
4. Check silicon sealing between side win-
dow/stainless steel plate to the front edge [3].
5. Check to see if the working plate modules are in a
stable position that protects them against vibra-
tions.
6. Turn the unit on.
7. Move the front window back into the working posi-
tion.
NOTE - Unit commissioning:
Prior to the commissioning of the unit:
Perform test run!
Check safety devices for proper opera-
tion!
