VOCAL: lets you play just the Vocals part of a track.
This is a shortcut for Stems mode.
− To play just the Vocals part of a track, press the
VOCAL button. The button lights up.
− To resume playing all parts of a track (Vocals,
Melody, Bass and Drums), press the VOCAL button
again. The button’s light turns off.
SHIFT + VOCAL: enables Quantize mode. Quantization
lets you apply an action on the next beat in the grid (play
the track, place a Cue point, start a loop…).
To make sure that Quantize mode is enabled, press
SHIFT. The VOCAL button is lit up.
Serato DJ Lite does not feature Quantize mode.
Serato DJ Pro features Quantize mode.
