  If you notice an abnormal number of data packets, indicating missing packets, check that the Azimuth FOV is properly set. Also, confirm that the Spin Rate is steady and that the Ethernet isn't overloaded. Ensure that no switch is connected to the network. If problems persist, connect the PC only to the lidar and check for packet loss, then power cycle the lidar.

  To resolve a motor that isn't running, ensure the power adapter is properly connected and in good condition. Verify the input voltage and current meet the specified requirements. Confirm the lidar is not in standby mode using LidarUtilities or PTC commands. If a connection box is used, ensure it is intact. After checking these conditions, power cycle the lidar.
