  To resolve irregular slewing movements and unusual noises in HIAB Construction Equipment cranes with a continuous slewing system, first, top up the oil tank if the hydraulic system has insufficient oil. Second, ensure that the gear box has enough oil; if not, top it up to the required level. Next, lubricate the bearing while slewing. If the problem continues, the bearing assemblies or pinion might be damaged, and it's recommended to visit a HIAB service workshop.

  If the stabiliser leg cylinder of your HIAB Construction Equipment cannot keep the truck load and it goes inwards, it could be due to a damaged check valve, cylinder internal leakage, or a soft ground surface. If the ground surface is soft, set the stabiliser leg again onto the ground or add an extra support plate between the cylinder and the ground. For a damaged check valve or cylinder internal leakage, go to a HIAB service workshop.

  If one function of the HIAB Construction Equipment controller does not work, it could be because one lever of the controller was not in neutral at start up. Push in the Stop button, make sure that all levers are in neutral, and then release the Stop button.

  If the boom extensions of your HIAB Construction Equipment shake during extending/retracting, it could be due to cylinder internal leakage or a loose sequence screw in the cylinder head. For cylinder internal leakage, go to a HIAB service workshop. If the sequence screw in the cylinder head is loose, tighten the screw in the right position.
