  If your Highlight Packaging equipment machine isn't starting, first ensure the power cord is working correctly. Then, release the EMERGENCY STOP button and press the START button to release any load. Check the fuse; if it's faulty, replace it. After confirming these steps, restart the machine.

Why is the tape folding on my Highlight MAGNUM 1300 TB-U?

  If the tape is folding on your Highlight Packaging equipment, check that all rollers turn freely. The issue might also be that the tape is too thin or elastic, causing it to snap back before the rear roller wipes it down.
