Why does HIKOKI Impact Driver battery take a long time to charge?
    • B
      Bradley PageSep 2, 2025
If the battery takes a long time to charge on your HIKOKI Impact Driver, the temperature of the battery, the charger, or the surrounding environment may be extremely low. Try charging the battery indoors or in a warmer environment. Also, ensure the charger’s vents are not blocked. If the cooling fan is not running, contact a HiKOKI Authorized Service Center for repairs.

      briancontrerasAug 31, 2025

Why is HIKOKI Impact Driver charge indicator lamp blinking red?
    • M
      Michael MyersAug 29, 2025
If the charge indicator lamp blinks red and battery charging doesn’t begin on your HIKOKI Impact Driver, make sure the battery is fully inserted. If that doesn't work, the battery may be overheated. Allow the battery to cool down. If left alone, the battery will automatically begin charging once its temperature decreases, although this may reduce battery life. It’s best to cool it in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight before charging.

      Anna NunezAug 28, 2025
If the charge indicator lamp rapidly flickers purple and battery charging doesn’t begin on your HIKOKI Impact Driver, ensure the battery is fully inserted. Also, check for and remove any foreign matter in the battery terminal or where the battery is attached.

Why tool bits can’t be attached to my HIKOKI Impact Driver?
    • W
      wilkinsonmichelleAug 27, 2025
If tool bits can’t be attached to or fall off of your HIKOKI Impact Driver, it may be because the shape of the attachment portion doesn’t match. Use a bit with a hexagonal shaft that has a width across flats of 6.35 mm. If you are using an L-type tool bit, replace it with an S-type bit.

How to fix HIKOKI WH36DB Impact Driver that doesn't run?
    • K
      Kyle FrancisAug 22, 2025
If your HIKOKI Impact Driver doesn’t run, it could be due to a lack of battery power, so charge the battery.
