2) Fasten the bolts on the wheels to the corresponding positions on the base through four M10 nuts.
3) Turn the base over again.

2. Install the connecting pipes.
1) Insert the connecting pipes downward into the holes on the base.
2) Fasten two M8 × 20 mm bolts into the holes on the horizontal connector on the bottom of the
connecting pipes through two spring washers and two flat washers with an L-type hex wrench.
3) Fasten two M8 × 20 mm bolts into the holes on the base bottom through two spring washers and
two flat washers with an L-type hex wrench to fix the bottom of the connecting pipes to the base.
