Before You Start
Ensure you are on the same network segment with your device.
Steps
1. Enter the IP address in web browser, and then press Enter.

2. Set the password for the admin user account.
Note
We highly recommend you to create a strong password of your own choosing (using a minimum
of 8 characters, including at least three kinds of following categories: upper case letters, lower
case letters, numbers, and special characters) in order to increase the security of your product.
And we recommend you change your password regularly, especially in the high security system,
changing the password monthly or weekly can better protect your product.
3. Click OK.
4. Optional: Set the security questions, password recovery email, or export GUID file for password
resetting in the future.
5. Click OK.
6. Install the plug-in before viewing the live video and managing the device. You may have to close
the web browser to finish the installation of the plug-in.
