The NOAHlink unit complies with the following standards:

UL2601-1 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 NO 601.1-90
To comply with the above standards, the programming cable and the
connector to the hearing instrument must meet the following
requirements:
No conductive parts may be accessible when the
programming cable is connected to NOAHlink
The programming cable and the connector must provide
double isolation and be able to withstand a dielectric
strength test potential of 500 V.
