  If your Hinowa Boom Lifts stops and won’t move when operating the aerial part, it could be due to several reasons. It's possible the emergency button was accidentally pressed; in this case, restore the neutral position of the pressed emergency button. Another cause might be the load cell being activated, meaning you need to unload the machine. Lastly, check if one of the stabilizers has lost contact with the ground, and if so, follow the emergency procedure.

  If, once the Hinowa Boom Lifts machine has been stabilized, the aerial part cannot be removed from the supports in the rest position, you can try the following: adjust microswitches on stabilizers, level machine within the tolerance of 1°, check emergency stop contact key in the basket, or dismantle and clean stop valves on rams that won’t support the load.

Why can't I raise the stabilizers on my Hinowa Boom Lifts after use?

  If you cannot raise the stabilizers on your Hinowa Boom Lifts after work, it may be because the aerial part has not been put perfectly at rest. Repeat procedure to place aerial part at rest and check correct signal from photoelectric cells.
