1. Loading and unloading using
hoist (shown with oponal mid-
arm).
2. Transporng cable puller using
the natural pivot point.
3. Thread rope through adapter
and yoke and place in conduit.
4. Posion puller. Li upper arm
and insert locking pin at desired
height. Thread rope. Insert locking
pin in yoke.
