Why is there no response when touching the touch screen on my HIS Industrial Monitor?

If the touch screen isn't responding, consider these possibilities: * The touch screen driver hasn't been installed. Download and install the latest driver from the Hope Industrial website. * The touch screen cable isn't correctly plugged in. Ensure either the USB or Serial cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the PC, but do not connect both simultaneously. * If using USB, the cable length might exceed 3 meters. USB cables have a 3-meter limitation, which could cause a lack of touch response if exceeded. * If using a Serial connection, the Serial cable might be plugged into the incorrect COM port. Ensure the Serial cable is connected to the COM port being used before installing the touch screen driver.
