If there's no image on your HIS Monitor and the power indicator light is blinking orange or green, here's what you can check: * Ensure the video cable is securely connected to the monitor, PC, and any KVM extender you might be using. * Try moving the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard to exit Power Saving mode. * Connect your PC to another monitor to verify that the PC is sending a signal. * If you are using an analog signal, you can try disabling the "CVT Mode" function in the "Advanced Setup" menu located in the OSD's "Setup" menu. This allows the monitor to use the controller board's internal mode table to display signal.
