How to fix Hisense RB395N4BWE Freezer not working?
    • J
      Joshua WalkerAug 12, 2025
If your Hisense Freezer is not working correctly, check whether the power cord is properly plugged into the power outlet. Also, inspect the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. It's normal for the freezer not to operate during the defrost cycle, or for a short time after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

What to do if Hisense RB395N4BWE Freezer has water dripping on the floor?
    • R
      Randy WilsonAug 16, 2025
If water drips on the floor from your Hisense Freezer, check the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) to ensure it is properly leveled. Also, inspect the drainage spout underneath the top of the compressor depot to make sure it is correctly positioned to direct water into the pan. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Check if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, this may cause the ice in the bucket to melt into water, and flow to the floor. Also, the waterspout might be blocked.
