If your Hisense Freezer isn't working, start by ensuring the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Then, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. Note that it's normal for the freezer not to operate during the defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

      Steven HudsonAug 28, 2025

Why does the motor run continuously on my Hisense RB440N4ACA?
    • M
      Matthew ShannonAug 30, 2025
It's normal to frequently hear the motor running on your Hisense Freezer. The motor will need to run more when the temperature setting is colder than necessary, a large quantity of warm food has recently been stored inside, the outside temperature is too high, the doors are kept open too long or too often, or after the freezer has just been installed or switched off for a long time.

Why is my Hisense Freezer making noise?
    • Q
      qleeSep 1, 2025
Some noises from your Hisense Freezer are normal, such as compressor running noises, air movement noise from the fan, gurgling sounds similar to water boiling, popping noises during automatic defrosting, and clicking noises before the compressor starts. However, unusual noises may be due to the cabinet not being level, the back of the appliance touching the wall, or bottles/containers having fallen or are rolling.

    Terry RothSep 2, 2025
Why is my Hisense RB440N4ACA dripping water on the floor?
    • R
      Ryan SmithSep 3, 2025
If your Hisense Freezer is dripping water on the floor, the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled. Also, the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan, or the water spout might be blocked. Check if the refrigerator has been powered off for a long time, as this may cause ice to melt and leak.

What to do if the light is not working on my Hisense RB440N4ACA?
    • S
      Samantha PriceSep 5, 2025
If the light in your Hisense Freezer isn't working, the LED light may be damaged; refer to the 'replace LED lights in cleaning and care' chapter. Alternatively, the control system may have disabled the lights because the door was left open too long; try closing and reopening the door to reactivate the lights.

Why can't I close the doors on my Hisense RB440N4ACA Freezer easily?
    • K
      Katrina JonesSep 6, 2025
If you're having trouble closing the doors on your Hisense Freezer, check if the top of the refrigerator is tilted back by 10-15mm to allow the doors to self-close. Also, ensure that nothing inside is preventing the doors from closing properly.
