Verify the water line is connected and the valve is open. Check that 'Ice Off' mode isn't enabled. See if ice is stuck in the bucket. Confirm water pressure is above 30psi (install a booster pump if needed). Ensure the freezer isn't too warm by setting a lower temperature. Note that the ice maker may need at least 90 minutes to produce ice.

Your Hisense Refrigerator motor will need to run more often if the temperature is set colder than necessary, a large quantity of warm food has recently been stored inside, the temperature outside the appliance is high, doors are kept open too long or too often, or after first installing the appliance or if it has been switched off for a long time.
