  The water pan, located at the rear bottom of the cabinet, may not be properly leveled, or the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be properly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the water spout is blocked. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, check if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, this may cause the ice in the bucket to melt into water, and flow to the floor.

  If ice is not dispensing, consider whether you waited 10 hours after installation of the water supply line before making ice. It may take longer to make ice if it is not sufficiently cool, such as when first installed. Also, check if the water storage box is installed accurately and has enough water. Ensure you have set the Cubed or Crushed mode on and that you did not manually stop the ice making function. Check for any ice blocked within the ice maker bucket or ice chute, and ensure the freezer temperature is not too warm by setting it lower.
