What to do if my Hisense RS694N4TFF is not working correctly?

If your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working correctly, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level. Note that it's normal for the freezer not to operate during the automatic defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.
