  If water is dripping on the floor from your Hisense Refrigerator, the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled. The draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan, or the spout may be blocked. Pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, the ice in the bucket may melt into water and flow to the floor.
