What to do if my Hisense RS694N4TFF is not working correctly?
    • K
      Kathryn SchroederAug 17, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working correctly, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if necessary. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level. Note that it's normal for the freezer not to operate during the automatic defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

      Mary MooreAug 20, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator has a water dispenser that isn't working, ensure the water storage box is accurately installed and contains enough water. Check for any breaks or bends in the water line, ensuring it's free from obstructions. If the water storage box is frozen due to a low refrigerator temperature, try selecting a warmer setting on the display panel. Also, verify if the water pump is functioning.

Why is ice not dispensing from my Hisense RS694N4TFF?
    • K
      karen02Aug 22, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator has ice that is not dispensing, ensure you waited 10 hours after installing the water supply line before making ice. Verify the water storage box is correctly installed and contains enough water. Also, make sure the ice-making function isn't manually stopped and that you've selected either Cubed or Crushed mode. Check for any ice blockage within the ice maker bucket or chute and ensure the freezer temperature isn't too warm; if so, try setting it lower.

Why does my Hisense Refrigerator have water dripping on the floor?
    • C
      Christopher BowmanAug 26, 2025
If water is dripping on the floor from your Hisense Refrigerator, the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled. The draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into the pan, or the spout may be blocked. Pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, the ice in the bucket may melt into water and flow to the floor.

Why does my Hisense RS694N4TFF motor run continuously?
    • A
      Amber YoungAug 28, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator motor runs continuously, it might be due to a temperature setting that is colder than necessary, a large quantity of warm food recently stored inside, or a high ambient temperature. Also, frequently opening the doors or installing the appliance (or switching it on after a long period) can cause this issue.

Why is the temperature inside my Hisense RS694N4TFF Refrigerator too warm?
    • S
      Stephanie CooperAug 30, 2025
If the temperature inside your Hisense Refrigerator is too warm, it might be because the doors were left open too long or too frequently, or an obstacle is preventing the doors from closing properly. Insufficient clearance at the sides, back, and top of the appliance can also contribute to this issue.

    • A
      annamartinezSep 4, 2025
Normal noises from your Hisense Refrigerator include the compressor running, air movement from the small fan motor, gurgling sounds similar to water boiling, popping during automatic defrosting, and clicking before the compressor starts. Unusual noises may be due to the cabinet not being level, the back of the appliance touching the wall, or bottles/containers knocking against each other; check these issues.
