What to do if my Hisense RS694N4TC1 is not working?
    • H
      Harry NewtonAug 17, 2025
If your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working, check if the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, inspect the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if needed. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the refrigerator's temperature to a colder level. Note that the freezer may not operate during the automatic defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.

Why is water dripping on the floor from my Hisense Refrigerator?
    • K
      khurleyAug 20, 2025
Water might be dripping on the floor from your Hisense Refrigerator because the water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled, or the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be correctly positioned to direct water into this pan. The water spout could also be blocked. In any of these cases, you may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, check if the refrigerator has been powered off for a long time, potentially causing ice in the bucket to melt and overflow.

      dixonrobertaAug 22, 2025
If the temperature inside your Hisense Refrigerator is too warm, it might be because you've left the doors open too long or too frequently. The doors might also be kept open by some obstacle, or the appliance is located with insufficient clearance at the sides, back, and top.

Why is ice not dispensing from my Hisense Refrigerator?
    • G
      gloverkathrynAug 26, 2025
If ice is not dispensing from your Hisense Refrigerator, consider the following: * Did you wait 10 hours after installing the water supply line before making ice? It may take longer to make ice when first installed. * Is the water storage box installed accurately? Ensure there's enough water in it. * Did you manually stop the ice-making function? Ensure you've set the Cubed or Crushed mode on. * Is there any ice blocked within the ice maker bucket or ice chute? * Is the freezer temperature too warm? Try setting it lower.

Why is my Hisense Refrigerator making noise?
    • R
      rachael15Aug 28, 2025
Some noises from your Hisense Refrigerator are normal, such as compressor running noises, air movement noise from the small fan motor, gurgling sounds similar to water boiling, popping noises during automatic defrosting, and clicking noises before the compressor starts. Unusual noises may be due to the cabinet not being level, the back of the appliance touching the wall, or bottles/containers knocking against each other. Check these potential issues and take corrective action.

    • S
      stephanie01Aug 30, 2025
The motor in your Hisense Refrigerator might run continuously if the temperature setting is set colder than necessary, or if a large quantity of warm food has recently been stored inside. It can also happen if the temperature outside the appliance is too high, or if the doors are kept open too long or too often. This may also happen after installing the appliance or if it has been switched off for a long time.

      Kelly MillerSep 2, 2025
If the water dispenser is not functioning on your Hisense Refrigerator, verify that the water storage box is installed accurately and contains enough water. Check if the water line is broken or bent, ensuring it's unblocked. Also, inspect the water storage box for freezing, which can occur if the refrigerator temperature is too low; try selecting a warmer setting. Finally, check if the water pump is working.
