Why is the water dispenser not working on my Hisense Refrigerator?
    • A
      Adam WarrenAug 19, 2025
Ensure the water line is connected and the water valve is open. Also, check for any crushing or kinking in the water line and ensure it is free of obstructions. If the refrigerator temperature is too low, the water tank may be frozen, so try selecting a warmer setting on the display panel. Finally, verify that the filter is properly installed, as an improperly installed filter can prevent the water dispenser from working.

Why is my Hisense RS694N4ICE Refrigerator dripping water on the floor?
    • J
      James GardnerAug 21, 2025
The water pan (located at the rear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled, or the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be properly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the water spout is blocked, or the water is not fully inserted into the connector. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout and connector.

What to do if ice is not dispensing from my Hisense Refrigerator?
    • B
      Bryan StevensAug 23, 2025
First, ensure you waited 10 hours after installing the water supply line before expecting ice. If it's a new installation, it may take longer to make ice. Check that the water line is connected and the water valve is open. Verify that you haven't manually stopped the ice-making function. Also, make sure you've selected either 'Cubed' or 'Crushed' mode. Check for any ice blockage within the ice maker bucket or ice chute. Finally, if the freezer temperature is too warm, try setting it lower.

Why is my Hisense RS694N4ICE making so much noise?
    • B
      Brian MaddoxAug 26, 2025
Several sounds are normal during operation: the compressor running, air movement from the fan motor, a gurgling sound like water boiling, popping during automatic defrosting, and clicking before the compressor starts. Unusual noises may occur if the cabinet isn't level, the back of the appliance touches the wall, or bottles/containers are knocking together. Check these potential issues.

How to troubleshoot a Hisense Refrigerator that is not working correctly?
    • B
      Bonnie ThompsonAug 28, 2025
The appliance may not be working correctly if the power cord is not properly plugged in. Check the fuse or circuit of your power supply, and replace it if necessary. If the ambient temperature is too low, try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level. It is normal that the freezer is not operating during the automatic defrost cycle, or for a short time after the appliance is switched on to protect the compressor.
