    • A
      Abigail HallSep 14, 2025

Why is my Hisense RS818N4TIE water dispenser not functioning?
    • M
      Matthew DaltonAug 25, 2025
The water dispenser may not be working because the water storage box is not installed accurately, or there is not enough water in the water storage box. Another reason could be that the water line is broken or bent, so make sure the water line is unblocked and clear of any obstruction. It is also possible that the water storage box is frozen because the refrigerator temperature is too low; try selecting a warmer setting on the display panel. Finally, check if the water pump is working.

      leonardmeganAug 26, 2025
The temperature inside might be too warm because you have left the doors open too long or too frequently, the doors are kept open by some obstacle, or the appliance is located with insufficient clearance at the sides, back, and top.

What to do if my Hisense RS818N4TIE Refrigerator has water drips on the floor?
    • T
      Teresa ConwayAug 26, 2025
The water pan, located at the rear bottom of the cabinet, may not be properly leveled, or the draining spout underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be properly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the water spout is blocked. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, check if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, this may cause the ice in the bucket to melt into water, and flow to the floor.

Why is my Hisense Refrigerator making so much noise?
    • C
      chadreyesSep 7, 2025
Some noises from your Hisense Refrigerator are normal, such as compressor running noises, air movement noise from the fan motor, gurgling sounds similar to water boiling, popping during defrosting, and clicking before the compressor starts. However, excessive noise could indicate the cabinet isn't level, the back of the appliance is touching the wall, or bottles/containers are knocking against each other.
