You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout. Also, check if the refrigerator is power-off for a long time, this may cause the ice in the bucket to melt into water, and flow to the floor.

Check for any ice blocked within the ice maker bucket or ice chute, and ensure the freezer temperature is not too warm by setting it lower.
