(4) Enter the required fields and the E-mail address of user account holder. (A mail
address serves as user ID.) Enter the E-mail address provided by company. Do
not use any personal E-mail address. After all the required fields are entered,
click "CONTINUE". If there are any missing or an error in the fields, it won't go
forward. Correct the field following the displayed messages in that case.
