The signal cables are not correctly connected.
Correctly connect the connection cables.
The brightness is adjusted to an extremely low level.
Adjust BRIGHTNESS to a higher level using the menu function.
The computer cannot detect the projector as a plug and play 
monitor.
Make sure that the computer can detect a plug and play monitor 
using another plug and play monitor.
The lens shade is closed.
Check whether the SHUTTER indicator is blinking. If it is blinking, 
press SHUTTER button on the control panel.
The remote 
control does not 
work.
Batteries in the remote control may be drained.
Replace the batteries.
The ID numbers set in the projector and the remote control 
are different.
Press the ID button with the same ID number as the projector, then 
perform the desired operation. The ID number set in the projector 
can be displayed by pressing any of the ID buttons on the remote 
control for 3 seconds while the lamp is on.
Buttons does 
not work
OSD MESSAGE is set to INHIBIT.
Press the OSD button on the remote control for 3sec. 
The INHIBIT OSD will be displayed. While this OSD is displayed, 
press the OSD button again on the remote control.
Select NORMAL.
Video screen
display freezes.
The FREEZE function is working.
Press FREEZE button to restore the screen to normal.
Colors have 
a faded- out 
appearance, 
or color tone is 
poor.
Color settings are not correctly adjusted.
Perform picture adjustments by changing the COLOR TEMP, COLOR 
and/or TINT settings, using the menu functions.
COLOR SPACE setting is not suitable.
Change the COLOR SPACE setting to AUTO, RGB, SMPTE240, 
REC709 or REC601.
