  Turn off the power and allow the Hitachi Projector to cool down for at least 20 minutes. After cooling, check for blockages in the air passage, a dirty air filter, or if the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C. If the issue persists, set the FAN SPEED in the SERVICE item of the OPTION menu to HIGH.

Check if there's any blockage of the air passage, if the air filter is dirty, or if the surrounding temperature exceeds 35°C. After confirming these items and the projector has cooled down, turn the power back on. If the issue persists, replace the lamp.
