5. Cleaning the chain oil filler ports
(1) Remove the Chain Bar [19] and remove all sawdust clogging the filler ports.
(2) Remove sawdust from the groove on the Chain Bar [19] along which the saw chain travels and from the
chain oil filler holes.
(1) With the Cylinder [20], Piston [58] and Piston Ring [56] removed, remove all carbon accumulated on
the cylinder exhaust port and piston, and then use gasoline to thoroughly clean the disassembled
components. Apply two-cycle dedicated oil to the bearings and sliding sections for reassembly.
(2) When reassembling the Crank Case [78], Apply liquid gasket (THREE BOND 1207C).
(3) Make sure that the Clutch [9] is left-threaded in the Crank Shaft [66].
