Check Hoses and Lines
--- daily
--- every 250 hours
WARNING:
• Escaping flammable fluid may cause fire.
Check for missing or loose clamps, kinked
hoses, lines or hoses that rub against each
other and/or come in contact with other
components, and any oil leaks.
• Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate
the skin causing serious injury.
To avoid this hazard, search for leaks with a
piece of cardboard.
Take care to protect hands and body from
high-pressure fluids.
If an accident occurs, see a doctor familiar with
this type of injury immediately.
• Repair or replace any missing, loose or
damaged clamps, hoses, and lines.
• Do not bend or strike high-pressure lines.
• Never install bent or damaged hoses or lines.
Check hoses and lines for oil leaks and/or damage while
referring to the following tables. If any abnormality is
found, repair it as instructed in the remedy column.
