ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure the space is big enough to install the treadmill and recommend another person to help install it. L&R
upright had attached the "L","R" label.
(1). Assemble the left upright
Insert the Left support tube (3) into the Support frame (2) with two Hex screw M8*16
(A4), Spring washer Ф8 (C8) and Curved washerФ8 (C9) in front, and Hex screw M8*40
(A5), Spring washer Ф8 (C8) and Flat washer Ф8 (C3) from the side. Do not tighten
them. (See fig 1)
(2). Assemble the right upright
Pull the Wire (power / control wire) (30) to Right support tube (4), insert the right support
tube to the Support frame (2), secure them with two Hex screw M8*16 (A4), Spring
washer Ф8 (C8) and Curved washerФ8 (C9) in front, and Hex screw M8*40 (A5), Spring
washer Ф8 (C8) and Flat washer Ф8 (C3) from the side. Do not tighten them. (See fig 2)
(3). Assemble handlebar support
1.Connect the Wire (power / control wire)
Connect the Wire (power / control wire) (30) from Right support tube (4) to the Wire
(power / control wire) (30) comes from Handlebar cover (26), press the surplus cable to
right support tube. (See fig 3)
2. Connect the Screws
Neaten the wires and secure the Handlebar support frame (7) to the Left & right support
tube (3/4) with 4 sets of Hex screw M6*16 (A3), Flat washer Ф6 (C2) (See fig 3). And
then tighten all screws in above steps.
(Attention: Don't press the wire while connecting the screws.)
