Squeeze
Adjust cranks by
rotating and click-
ing them into the
desired position.
Make sure both
cranks are in the
same position
number.
With both feet on
the pedals and
together (fins
straight down),
your knees should
be comfortably
bent and not
crunched or over
extended.
