• Do not allow the cable to hand over the edges
of the table or worktop, or allow the appliance or
cord to be in contact with hot surfaces.
• Never insert tools into the appliance when it is
in operation.
• The butterfly must only be used with speeds
1 to 3.
• The simmering basket must only be used for
cooking food and/or at speeds 1 to 4. It may also
be used resting on the lid to prevent splashes.
• Let the appliance cool down before cleaning.
CAUTION: When using the appliance, some
surfaces (lid, measuring cup, stainless steel bowl,
lid of steamer,...) may be heat up. Ensure that they
are not hot when handling the appliance.
• Do not move the appliance when it is working
and/or it contains hot liquids. Wait until it turns off
automatically, or turn it off manually. Wait at least
5 minutes before blending hot liquids to prevent
splashing and burns.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food
processor as it can be ejected out of the appliance
due to a sudden steaming.
• Avoid contact with the steam escaping from
the lid during and after using the appliance.
