4. BEFORE USING YOUR HOFFEN CHEF EXPRESS FOR THE FIRST TIME
Be sure to place the appliance on a clean, solid, even and not heatable surface, so that
it does not slip.
Before you use your Hoffen Chef Express cooking machine cooker for the rst time, be sure
to place it on a horizontal, clean and stable surface, so that it does not slip. This procedure
is extremely important for the proper functioning of the scale.
As with all kitchen appliances or tableware, you should clean all parts and accessories of
your Hoffen Chef Express, especially the blades, bowl, bowl lid and the simmering basket.
Before you start using the appliance, and whenever necessary, you should calibrate the
scale as follows.
