The chart below presents the classification of blood pressure according to WHO.
9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning should only be performed when the unit is switched off.
Switch off the unit by pressing the "ON/OFF" button before cleaning. The outside of
the unit and the rubber air tube may only be cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Never immerse the unit in water or wash it under running water. In case of heavy
soiling, you can wipe the outer parts of the unit with a damp, well wrung cloth and then
immediately wipe it dry with a paper towel or a dry cloth. It is not allowed to use
corrosive liquids, petrol, solvents, etc. for cleaning the device.
The cuff can be cleaned with a damp, heavily wrung cloth and a small amount of
ordinary soap (if the cuff is heavily soiled). After cleaning, leave the cuff to dry.
10. PROBLEMS
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The device does
not switch on.
Check that the battery is inserted correctly - that the polarity is
maintained.
Check the batteries. If they does not work properly, replace the
whole set with a new one.
