If your HoMedics Blood Pressure Monitor doesn't turn on when you press the START/STOP button, the batteries may be the issue. First, they might be completely drained, so try replacing them with four new AA alkaline batteries. If that doesn't work, double-check that the batteries are inserted correctly, paying attention to the polarities (+ and -) inside the battery compartment. Re-insert them in the correct positions if needed.

      Amber BartonSep 14, 2025
If you see the 'EE' error symbol on your HoMedics Blood Pressure Monitor, or if the blood pressure reading seems unusually low or high, it could be due to a few reasons. First, make sure the cuff is wrapped correctly and positioned properly on your arm. Also, avoid talking or moving during the measurement. Keep your arm still to ensure an accurate reading. Shaking your arm while the cuff is on can also cause this error.
