Coordinate Troubleshooting Guide

How to reset the height adjustable base:
Allows end user to reset the base out of the box or if any issues occur
1. Press and hold the “down” button on keypad controller until the base reaches its lowest
position.
2. Release the “down” button
3. Hold the “down” button again until the display reads “RST”
4. Release the “down” button
5. Hold the “down” button again until the base lowers slightly, then raises back up
6. Release the “down” button
The base should now be ready to use
How to set the memory presets:
Allows end user to set the memory presets at desired locations (up to 4 presets)
1. Adjust the base to the desired height using the “up” and “down” buttons
2. Press “M” followed by the desired preset number
The memory preset is now set for that height
How to set the upper limit:
Allows end user to set maximum height of base if highest height is not desired
1. Adjust the base to the desired maximum height
2. Press the M” button, then release
3. Immediately press the “up” button, then release
4. Press and hold the “M” button. The display will flash “999” then change to display the height
The upper limit (maximum height) is now set
