(Test system to productive system and/or change of country branch)
1. Exit the Sovia Client main menu via the red cross in the top right corner. Then exit and
confirm with “Ja” (Yes).
2. Afterwards you are in the MDE Client menu.
3. Select the context menu here (Highlighted in the picture).
4. Afterwards select “Konfiguration” (Configuration) and then “Zurücksetzen” (Reset).
5. Confirm with “Ja” (Yes) and enter the password 5010.
6. The device reboots the app. When this is done, select “Konfiguration scannen” (Scan
configuration).
