Relabel the Y wire to K using provided labels.

Find the wire bundle matching the thermostat and photograph it.
Use provided stickers to label the wires connected to terminals.
Disconnect only the labeled wires from the terminals.
Connect labeled wires to the C-Wire Adapter's thermostat terminals.
Gently tug wires to confirm they are securely connected to the C-Wire Adapter.
Connect wires from the adapter's equipment side to the control board.
Mount the C-Wire Adapter inside the furnace using the adhesive pad.
Ensure the furnace cover is completely closed for system power.
