Why is my Honeywell HWBL1023 not dispensing cold water?

  If your Honeywell Water Dispenser isn't dispensing cold water, check if the cold switch is turned ON. If it is off, turn it ON and check the temperature after 45 minutes. Also, the unit may have overheated; in that case, turn OFF both the hot and cold switches, let the unit rest for 1 hour, and then turn both switches back ON, ensuring there is water in the tank. If the cold switch is damaged, contact customer service.

Also, the unit may have overheated; in that case, turn OFF the hot switch, let the unit rest for 1 hour, and then turn it back ON, ensuring there is water in the tank. If the hot switch is damaged, contact customer service.

  If no water is coming out of your Honeywell Water Dispenser, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the tanks are filled with water. * Make sure the unit is plugged into the electrical outlet. * Open the cabinet door and check the water pump connections. * Firmly fix the hot water funnel inside the cold tank (on page 13).

  If your Honeywell Water Dispenser is leaking, first, empty the drip tray if it's full. Then, open the cabinet door and check the hose connections to ensure they are not loose. If water is leaking inside the unit, turn OFF the cold and hot water switches and dry the unit on the outside and its surroundings.
