Why isn't water draining through the tube when using continuous drain on my Honeywell TP-SMALL Dehumidifier?

If water isn't draining out of the tube when using the continuous drain feature on your Honeywell Dehumidifier, it might be due to an uneven surface. Try raising the front of the dehumidifier by ½ to 1 inch (1.27 cm to 2.54 cm) from the floor to allow water condensation to drain out the back hose.
