Fault Cause Solution
Motor does not start. No power. Check cable, switch, plug and
socket. If still inoperative,
contact service agent.
Suction force gradually
decreases or appliance is
overheating.
Filters are dirty.
Hose or telescopic tube is blocked.
Clean or replace filters,
remove objects from hose
and telescopic tube.
