  If your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Quest won't turn on, it could be due to a discharged battery. Check the battery indicator and charge the device if the battery is low. Alternatively, the power switch on the bottom of the Quest might be turned off; flip the power switch to the 'ON' position.

  If your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Quest isn't charging, ensure the AC adapter is properly plugged into both the docking station and the wall outlet. Also, check that the power button on the bottom of the Quest is switched ON. Finally, ensure the Quest is correctly docked so that the charging pins are aligned.

  Error 3 on your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner, indicated by a blinking red LED, a solid blue LED, and two long beeps, suggests that the drive wheel, side brush, or main brush is stuck. Turn off your Quest and remove any dirt or hair from the wheels and wheel posts. It can also mean that the cliff sensors are detecting an object. Move the Quest to a different location and restart it. It may also indicate that the Quest's bumper is stuck.
