Make sure the recovery tank is properly installed and not full. Also, ensure the filter and filter lid are correctly positioned. Check that the Model selector dial is set for DRY VAC. If the debris is too large for the squeegee, tip the nozzle off the floor by pushing down on the handle to pick it up.
