You should check the hose and brushroll. * The carpet height setting may be incorrect. Adjust the carpet height setting to the appropriate level for the carpet you are cleaning. * The vacuum might be in Suction Only Mode. Step on the Brushroll ON/OFF Pedal to turn Suction Only Mode OFF.
