In this case you should replace the filter bag. * A broken or worn belt can also cause this problem. You should replace the belt. * The brushroll and/ or hose might be clogged. You should check the hose and brushroll. * The carpet height setting may be incorrect. Adjust the carpet height setting to the appropriate level for the carpet you are cleaning. * The vacuum might be in Suction Only Mode. Step on the Brushroll ON/OFF Pedal to turn Suction Only Mode OFF.
