  The unloader cycling when the trigger gun is opened or closed on your Hotsy pressure washer could be caused by air in the system; try opening and closing the trigger gun several times. It could also indicate a defective unloader, which would need replacement. Another possible cause is a water leak between the unloader valve and trigger gun; check the fittings, hose, and trigger gun for leaks, and repair or replace as necessary.

  If your Hotsy pressure washer isn't running, first, ensure the pump switch is in the ON position. Then, check that the power supply is properly connected. Also, inspect the electrical supply line for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker and replace or reset it, ensuring you're using circuits with adequate capacity. Finally, if the motor circuit is overloaded, allow it to cool down before placing the pump switch in the ON position.
