  If your Hotsy Pressure Washer pump motor isn't running, there could be several reasons: * The GFCI might have tripped. Reset and test the GFCI, following the instructions on the device. * There might be no voltage to the machine. Test the power supply and correct any issues. * The pump motor reset switch (thermal overload protector) may have tripped. Push the reset switch on the control box. If it trips again, check for proper voltage or a clogged pressure nozzle. * Excessive pressure due to a clogged pressure nozzle can also be the cause. Clean the pressure nozzle to resolve this.

Place the switch in the ON position. * There might be an inadequate fuel supply. Refill the fuel tank, using only recommended fuels. * The pump switch could be turned off. The pump motor must be running before the burner will light. * An inadequate water supply can also prevent hot water production. Fully open the faucet, check for a kinked or damaged hose, use a 5/8 inch minimum hose, and check for debris clogging the inlet screen.
