NOTE: If the handlebars do not attach flush to the frame, you may
need to shift the location of your throttle and brake assembly
appropriately.
Tighten or loosen the throttle and brake assembly with a hex key and
make SIJre they are NOT touching or blocking your handlebars from
being tightened completely.
