High pressure water can be

disconnecting the hose from the

If the pump is running, and the
water is prevented from flowing
(eg. spraygun is in off mode) then
the water inside the pump can
become very hot. Never run the
pump for more than 10 minutes
without water flowing

assembly.
On receipt, check that the pump has not
been damaged during transport. If the
pump is damaged, do not use, and
contact Hozelock customer services.
Check that the voltage and frequency
of pump shown on the rating label
corresponds to those available on the
mains.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
A 10MA OR 30MA RESIDUAL
CURRENT DEVICE (RCD)
MUST BE FITTED TO THE
MAINS SUPPLY.
PROTECT THE PLUG AND THE
POWER CABLE FROM HEAT,
OIL AND SHARP EDGES.
THE POWER CABLE SHOULD
ONLY BE REPLACED BY
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
MAKE SURE THAT
ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS ARE
PROTECTED FROM WATER
& SPLASHES
THE INSTALLATION OF THE PUMP
SHOULD BE ON A STABLE FLAT
DRY SURFACE
THE PUMP MUST NOT BE
SUBMERGED
THE POWER CABLE SHOULD
HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 CORE
